Chief Executive Officer
Patrick joined Quest in April 2020 as CEO and is responsible for setting the global strategic direction of the organization. A data-centric business leader, Patrick is firmly committed to G3 – Growing Our People, Growing Our Employees & Customer Engagement and Growing the Company’s existing software suite while pursuing targeted M&A opportunities.
Together with his Executive Leadership Team and the backing of Francisco Partners, Patrick is obsessive about Quest’s customer value proposition, fostering a systemic approach to help customers unlock the rich data that lives within each Quest solution. He’s also passionate about fulfilling the untapped potential of employees, providing them with a core understanding of the company’s vision so they’re able to consistently anchor their goals to key performance indicators.
Patrick believes in honest, two-way conversations with customers and employees to enrich the overall performance of our solutions and explore ripe avenues for innovation. A data-problem fanatic, he spends sleepless nights thinking about the pace of true technology and how Quest can light a fuse beneath it.
Prior to Quest, Patrick was CEO of the Corel Corporation where he cultivated a results-driven culture and delivered a world-class product suite focused on design, collaboration, and knowledge worker software for ~100 million customers. His 22+ career in technology includes time spent running and acquiring enterprise software businesses for ESW Capital. Along with his executive experience, Patrick served in product management and technical consulting roles and was a researcher for the Department of Defense and Department of Energy through the Cornell Engineering and Theory Center.
Patrick lives in Austin with his wife and daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys biking, playing video games, woodworking, and tooling around on his 1941 Chevy pickup.

Chief Financial Officer
Carolyn is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Quest. She also oversees IT Infrastructure, Procurement and Real Estate. Carolyn joined Quest from Dell where she held a number of senior finance leadership roles, the last one as SVP and CFO of Dell’s Software Division. Prior to Dell she held various finance roles at PepsiCo and EDS.
Carolyn graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Holy Cross College and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
Chief Operating Officer
Chris joined Quest as COO in May 2020. He is responsible for optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization with a focus on Business Operations, Strategic Initiatives and Corporate Development. He uses an open, transparent and guiding leadership approach paired with strategic planning to make lasting transformational changes when faced with an area of opportunity.
Chris’ career philosophy is to be continually involved in all areas of the business — Product Development, Customer Success, Legal, IT, Sales Operations — to be able to draw from a diverse set of experiences. He leads through data, looking for trends to expand organizational capability in service to people, systems and procedures.
Chris is highly-influenced by the pace of technology and believes in constantly “looking around the corner” to remain competitive and meet the growing needs of our customers.
Before Quest, Chris was the CFO of Aspect Software. A seasoned private equity executive with 20 years in the technology industry, Chris has served in CFO positions at Vertafore and Corel. Prior to this, he also held VP roles at Actian, Citigroup Equity Research and Goldman Sachs Equity Research.
Chris lives in Denver with his wife and two cats. Outside of the office, you can find him running the trails near his home or on his mountain bike.

Chief Revenue Officer
Greg serves as Quest’s CRO and joined the company in May 2020 to lead our worldwide sales function. An expert in cultivating high-performing sales organizations, Greg’s ultimate objective is to help his team win by being heavily active in the field and taking every opportunity to meet customers and partners.
Greg wakes up each day to answer the question: “How do we innovate and create solutions for our customers to thrive?” He’s enthusiastic about ensuring Quest remains a top provider of cloud and mobile IT solutions through hyper engagement with our customers.

Previously, Greg served as the SVP of Global Sales for MobileIron and in multiple SVP roles at CA Technologies.

Chief Human Resources Officer
LuAnn is responsible for leading teams focused on the employee experience: HR, Communications, Facilities and Real Estate. She strives to create the type of culture and environment where people choose to spend time and do their best work.
Prior to joining Quest, LuAnn was the SVP and Chief People Officer for Vertafore, responsible for overseeing high performing HR, Communications and Facilities Management teams, as well as talent acquisition, employee services, engagement and retention, leadership capability and connecting employees to top business goals.
LuAnn is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a B.S. in Business Administration and an MAOM in Organizational Management.
Chief Marketing Officer
Colleen was appointed CMO of Quest in May 2020. She oversees the organization’s go-to-market strategy. A transformational leader with deep experience in B2C and B2B, Colleen is passionate about growing Quest’s Marketing practice through innovation, customer focus and brand communication.
As the head of Marketing, Colleen is results-driven, strategically using technology to impact operational excellence. She digs deep into core Marketing components — branding, acquisition integration, sales and marketing alignment, product marketing and pipeline generation — to uncover areas ripe for innovation.
Colleen believes great brands are built from the inside out, therefore is constantly looking for creative ways to involve employees and customers in the brand evolution journey. She finds energy in creating a performance-driven Marketing culture focused on delivering remarkable results and developing employee talent, setting ambitious KPIs to achieve both.
Before joining Quest, Colleen served as Managing Director of Marketing for the Vista Consulting Group where she drove marketing transformations across the Vista portfolio of 65+ software and technology companies. Prior to that, Colleen was the CMO for Epicor, a leading global ERP provider. Her 25+ year career includes executive leadership positions with CLEAResult, Dell, and Iron Mountain where she focused on information management, data protection, compliance, IT management and security.
Colleen lives in Austin with her husband, two sons and rescue dogs. As a family, they enjoy giving back and volunteerism in their local community, exploring the outdoors and traveling the world to soak in new cultures.

SVP, Corporate Development
Frederic joined Quest in May 2020 to lead Corporate Development. He is charged with developing and executing a global M&A strategy to expand the company’s growing portfolio of solutions. A visionary leader who is highly motivated by learning, Frederic keeps a constant eye on companies innovating for the technology management marketplace.
To ensure all M&A objectives meet Quest’s overall business priorities, Frederic works closely with his colleagues on the Executive Leadership Team and all relevant internal partners. He takes great care in managing the M&A lifecycle process from start to finish, including cultivating interpersonal relationships with target companies and taking a strategic path to the integration process.
Frederic approaches each M&A opportunity with a deep curiosity, conducting a thorough analysis to assess deal value, culture fit and alignment to the organization’s technology suite. He’s driven by a desire to continuously improve Quest’s holistic product portfolio to offer more value to customers.
Before Quest, Frederic was the SVP, Head of Corporate Development for Wind River and Software AG. There he managed inorganic growth initiatives, acquisitions and divestitures, among other priorities. He also is passionate about mentoring tech start-ups, currently serving on the boards of Automation Hero and Hazelcast. In addition, he’s spent the past 16 years as an angel investor to over a dozen startup companies.
Frederic lives in Mountain View, Calif. At home, he and his wife, a college professor, encourage a love of learning languages, including his native German and Spanish, with their three children. Frederic’s favorite hobbies are traveling, cooking, grilling, eating, reading and great cars.

General Counsel
Brad serves as Quest’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He oversees Quest’s legal organization, including corporate governance and compliance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and litigation. Prior to joining Quest, Brad held senior legal roles at Amazon, America Online and the Attachmate Group. He started his legal career in private practice in Washington, D.C. Brad earned a Juris Doctor, Summa Cum Laude, from American University and a B.A. in Government from Cornell University.
President & General Manager, One Identity
Bhagwat serves as President and General Manager of Quest’s One Identity Business Unit and joined the company in November 2020. He is responsible for driving the overall strategy, product innovation, go-to-market and P&L for One Identity. Bhagwat is a seasoned strategic leader and brings a deep understanding of the enterprise security landscape, technology ecosystem, SaaS and cloud-driven business models. He is a sought-out expert and public speaker on Cybersecurity and implementing Identity Centric Security models in the cloud age.
A passionate customer advocate and data-driven business leader, he centers his leadership strategy around clarity, conviction and execution. He sees securing and managing Identity and Access as the bullseye of cybersecurity. He is on a mission to help customers protect their most prized asset – their people and their identities. He is committed to delivering secure outcomes for all customers and helping make the world a safer place.
With more than 20 years of leadership success during tenures with Proofpoint, Symantec, NetApp, McKinsey and Intel, he excels in strategy, product development, go-to-market and building high performing teams. Prior to joining One Identity, Bhagwat served as executive vice president and general manager of the Email Security Business unit and Industry Solutions at Proofpoint. Previously at Symantec, he served as vice president of global solutions product management and product marketing for the enterprise security business unit and vice president of corporate strategy.
Bhagwat lives in the Bay Area of northern California, where he enjoys spending time with his family, reading and the occasional thrill of skydiving, whitewater rafting, or snorkeling.
