CEO, One Identity
Mark serves as Chief Executive Officer of One Identity and joined the company in June 2022. He is responsible for driving the overall growth strategy, go-to-market and P&L for One Identity. Mark is a seasoned executive with experience developing enterprise software companies to achieve successful growth.
He is a proven leader with nearly two decades of C-suite experience at companies such as Emptoris (now part of IBM), Attunity, and most recently LogRhythm. Having been in the cyber security space for several years, Mark believes One Identity is in the right market at the right time to provide critically important cybersecurity protection for enterprises, public sector organizations and Federal agencies.
Mark maintains winning teams have a “customer-first” attitude and that when companies service their customers at exceptional levels and deliver innovation to the market, they grow. By working hard and investing in people, products and customers, Mark seeks create more opportunities for all One Identity team members.
As a leader, Mark has a strong focus on company culture, values-based leadership and inclusion-based hiring. One of his key tenets is always having a respect for the individual regardless of titles, position in the company or stature. Everyone matters.
Mark is based in the Boston area, where he lives with his wife (and college sweetheart) Nancy. Together, they have three grown sons and two rescue dogs. Mark is pretty active when he’s not working and enjoys skiing – both snow and water – and playing a bit of ice hockey.

Vice President of Product Management and UX
Rima Pawar, vice president of Product Management, recently joined One Identity from MobileIron (acquired by Ivanti) where she drove product direction, with a focus on security and identity/Zero Trust. She grew recurring revenue by more than 30 percent and landed the product in Forrester’s 2020 Leaders’ quadrant for Zero Trust Platform. Prior to that, she led product management at Oracle, launching the SaaS Identity platform for Oracle Cloud.
Rima brings decades of experience in enterprise cybersecurity and building SaaS offerings. She is a sought-after security evangelist, regularly contributing bylines and commentary to security publications, and presents at events around the world.
She earned a B.E. Computers at the University of Pune, India; a masters from University of Florida, Gainesville; and an MBA from The Wharton School, Pennsylvania. Rima lives in the Bay Area with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities and participates in marathons, biking, rollerblading, hiking and skiing as often as possible.
Vice President of Demand Generation and Field Marketing
In his role, Ken and his team are accountable for managing and leading efforts across our global solutions offering. His diverse team includes demand generation, partner marketing, field marketing, events and conference marketing, and digital marketing programs.
For the last 20 years Ken has supported revenue growth at B2B software companies by leading direct, field and digital marketing strategies along with marketing operations to generate demand for new business and to accelerate sales pipeline.
Vice President of Product Marketing
As Vice President of Product Marketing, Darren Thompson leads marketing strategy, product messaging, awareness, enablement, and cross-functional programs execution for the organization and our identity-centric security portfolio.
With 30 years in the software industry, Darren has worked in a variety of technical and marketing leadership positions and, most recently, helped CyberCube to define solution propositions and go-to market strategy as it ventured into the Cyber Insurance marketplace. Prior, he served as the Field-CTO at Symantec in EMEA where he was one of Symantec’s most senior evangelists in the fields of Cloud, IOT, Risk Management and Security Strategy.
He also ran Symantec’s Marketing organization in EMEA for two years and served in a variety of Product Marketing and Product Management roles at VERITAS and The Morse Group. With a successful track record coaching CISOs struggling with the complexities of identity management, he has a clear perspective on how to help One Identity’s customers capitalize on the company’s unified identity security mission.
Vice President of Global Engineering
Tat Ng, Vice President of Global Engineering, is an accomplished software engineering executive with over 25 years of executive-level experience in enterprise SaaS at companies like Rivermine (acquired by IBM) and ChannelAdvisor (IPO), as well as experience developing on-prem software in companies like Sybase and Borland.
Most recently, Ng was the SVP of engineering at Degreed, where he led their architecture and global engineering teams in modernizing the company’s system. Ng’s expertise and unique background will help One Identity further expand and advance its leading unified identity security platform. Based in San Francisco, Tat holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Arizona.
Vice President and General Manager Sales, EMEA
Ian Sutherland is vice president and general manager Sales, EMEA. Ian leads the direct, channel and technical sales teams throughout the region and is focused on customer and partner acquisition, retention and satisfaction.
During his 30-year career in the IT industry, Ian’s roles have spanned technical, consulting and commercial aspects. Based in the UK, Ian is also the author of a bestselling series of technically accurate, contemporary cybercrime thriller novels.
Vice President, Global Strategy
Larry Chinski is Global Vice President of Strategy One Identity. He is responsible for mapping trends in cybersecurity to One Identity’s solution platform as it relates to Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Account Management, User Entitlement Management, and Web Access Management. This ensures One Identity’s solutions are meeting our current customers’ needs and are keeping pace with the current threat landscape.
He is also responsible for the field execution of One Identity’s extensive SaaS platform. Larry has been in the IT industry for over 25 years, with a specific focus on IAM the last 15 years.
He has worked with the largest customers in the world, and has helped to design and implement multiple solutions across a wide variety of industry verticals. Larry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from DePaul University as well as several industry certifications.
Global Head of Channel and Alliances
Andrew Clarke, a security industry veteran, serves as One Identity’s Global head of channel & strategic alliances, and oversees a portfolio of security solutions, including Identity Manager and Safeguard.
Andrew is responsible for driving growth of the global channel sales and marketing activities, as well as ensuring that customers can leverage One Identity’s expert services so that they can optimize the performance of their solutions and maximize the value of their investment. Previously, Andrew served as vice president and managing director of EMEA at e-DMZ Security, which was acquired by Quest Software.
Technical Support, Sr Director
Jamie Coleman is Senior Director for Technical Support for One Identity and Quest. In this role, his mission is to ensure every customer and partner achieves their business objectives through optimal use of our solutions. With more than a 20 years’ experience, Jamie is passionate about bridging the gap between customer success and technical support for the best customer experience.
He earned an MBA from the University of Limerick and is an avid supporter of STEM programs, such as Coder Dojo, which has helps children develop coding skills necessary for the digital world.

Jarrod Roark is Vice President Global Professional Services, supporting One Identity and Quest implementations. His background includes experience in sales, presales and, for the last decade-plus, professional services.

With more than two decades of sales leadership experience, Jim Cox is VP of Global OneLogin Sales.
Jim has led teams at SAP SuccessFactors, Cisco and Proofpoint and has demonstrated the ability develop and execute successful worldwide sales strategies. Now based in Austin, Texas, he instills in his teams a tenacious spirit for building new business, securing customer loyalty and forging strong relationships with internal and external business partners.
